My flat had been on the market for about 8 months with a well-known Edinburgh Estate agent. Unfortunately, as they hadn’t been very helpful or proactive at chasing leads, I then moved (stupidly) to an auction company. I switched to James after getting a flyer through the door and realising my flat was devalued when the auction company tried to persuade me to accept a ridiculously low offer.
This was one of the best decisions ever made. James is determined, great at communicating and follows up on every single enquiry he gets. To me communication is the most important thing, and he was always reachable whether at the weekend or later in the day (sorry James!) and kept potential buyers interested.
