After eight months with a well-known Edinburgh agency, I was in the kitchen of my two-bedroom flat in central Edinburgh. There was yet another flyer from Cecchini Property agent, James Milne. I phoned the number and by the weekend had met him and was impressed. He is an agent who gets things done. I had met no one from the other agency as their office was closed and all worked from home.
