This may appear an odd review as Cecchini Estate Agents did not sell our house – in fact, we bought our house which was sold to us by Cecchini! I cannot rate Sandrina and Cheryl highly enough as they maintained contact with us, the purchasers MORE than our own estate agent!! Cecchini initiated the calls whereas I had to initiate all calls to my agent. Cecchini were professional throughout, and dispelled any feared. The time had come to sell my mum’s flat and I really wanted to get the best price for my mum and the process needed to be stress/hassle free. I didn’t think that any of that would be achievable until we met Sandrina. From start to finish every detail, no matter how big or small was handled efficiently. I didn’t think it was possible to sell property and get the money in my mums bank account that quick! More importantly, to me as a daughter living over 100 miles away from my mum it was 100% stress/hassle free for us both.
