Sandrina sold my house in only a few weeks which went to a closing date . She carried out all the viewings herself and gave me great advise on how to present the property to achieve the best price of which I was delighted.

I was also living near London at the time and she put me in touch with a very proficient solicitor and surveyor to ease the process.

I would agree with many who say that selling your house is one of the most stressful thing you will ever do.However after meeting Sandrina who was recommended to me I knew I was in very good hands.She put me at ease from the very beginning of the marketing process with her helpful and professional approach to answering all my questions relieving me of a lot of stress. Also not having to do the viewings and no closing dates took a lot of the pressure away.Sandrina’s approach led to my house selling in just a few days which was amazing.
