Having bought and sold a number of properties through traditional estate agents over the years , and previously purchasing a home through Sandrina, there was no doubt in our minds that we were going to use her to sell our home. Her approach to selling properties is completely different to normal estate agents from start to finish. The process that she uses is more like using a realtor in America. And also not using a closing date makes it a lot less stressful knowing that it isn’t going to be a long drawn out process. Delighted to have worked with Sandrina! Some of her methods were a little out there and different that what I’ve dealt with in the past. BUT I can not stress fast my flat went on sale and sold.
