Two weeks and four days on from initial marketing, my house is sold! Never, did I imagine, I would get over home report price, but I did! Great advice, guidance and communication from Sandrina on first meeting, as well as throughout the process. After eight months with a well-known Edinburgh agency, I was in the kitchen of my two-bedroom flat in central Edinburgh. There was yet another flyer from Cecchini Property agent, James Milne. I phoned the number and by the weekend had met him and was impressed. He is an agent who gets things done.  I had met no one from the other agency as their office was closed and all worked from home.  James told me about his strategy for my flat, we put it back on the market. He was forensic in the choice of clients and within five weeks it was sold at an excellent price with exchange happening three weeks later.

Commission was charged on the amount raised over the home report valuation.  This was worth every penny as with the previous agency I had accepted four offers that were under the home report. All fell through. The expenses of the previous year with the other agency were wiped out by the selling price that James achieved.

Throughout the sale he kept us informed and updated and always responded if I wanted contact. 

James is exactly who you need to sell your property.  A born communicator, he will use all his skills and knowledge to affect a good and fast sale.

Myself and my daughters decided it was time for a new chapter in our lives and part of this change was to sell our family home in order to move on with our lives.

Having used estate agents in the past I thought I know how it was going to work. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! I met Sandrina and and immediately knew she would be the one I would trust to help me on this new adventure.

We made an appointment for her to pop over and see the house, she sat and listened to our hopes and dreams and assured us all she would be able to get us there. What can I say about Sandrina! She is amazing from start to finish! Made the process so easy nothing was ever a bother she was on call any time of the day to answer any questions you had. I would agree with many who say that selling your house is one of the most stressful thing you will ever do.However after meeting Sandrina who was recommended to me I knew I was in very good hands.She put me at ease from the very beginning of the marketing process with her helpful and professional approach to answering all my questions relieving me of a lot of stress. Also not having to do the viewings and no closing dates took a lot of the pressure away.Sandrina’s approach led to my house selling in just a few days which was amazing.
