We had had our apartment on the market with a “no thrills budget” renowned estate agent for 100 days. The property agent and company delivered a sub-standard non-existent service which subsequently resulted in a stale listing. We contacted Cecchini Property to switch to them. A first-class service was provided by our realtor James Milne. His commitment and professionalism from the start of the “relaunch” through to the sale was exceptional. Our apartment was sold very quickly. We would highly recommend this estate agent.

We would 100% highly recommend Cecchini Property! After meeting with Sandrina she talked us through the process we knew straight away it was the right decision.
Michael did all the house viewings for us which was a great bonus! Sandrina & Cheryl’s communication throughout the whole process was fantastic nothing was ever a problem always at the end of the phone for any questions we had.
We were kept up to date at all times which made the process much easier than I ever thought it would be.

During lockdown I needed a rough valuation done on two properties. Sandrina knew exactly what questions to ask to give me a good desktop valuation. The time had come to sell my mum’s flat and I really wanted to get the best price for my mum and the process needed to be stress/hassle free. I didn’t think that any of that would be achievable until we met Sandrina. From start to finish every detail, no matter how big or small was handled efficiently. I didn’t think it was possible to sell property and get the money in my mums bank account that quick! More importantly, to me as a daughter living over 100 miles away from my mum it was 100% stress/hassle free for us both. My advice to anyone that’s lucky enough to have Sandrina sell your property is.. if Sandrina recommends it – do it, If she doesn’t – don’t!
