Delighted to have worked with Sandrina! Some of her methods were a little out there and different that what I’ve dealt with in the past. BUT I can not stress fast my flat went on sale and sold. I was kept updated all the way and Sandrina’s track record speaks for itself but seeing is believing, truly amazing negotiator. I recently engaged Mr James Milne to market above named property with my expectations greatly reduced by having previously had 2 other (allegedly top) estate agents unable to progress sale on my behalf. I had initial reservations due to not being fully familiar with Cecchini Property and their modus operandi I am now in a position to unequivocally state Mr Milne was in a different league to others and not only negotiated a successful sale for me and in the process obtained above expected sale price.
To say I am happy with all aspects of sale would be something of an understatement as my expectations were exceeded in every department.
