I recently engaged Mr James Milne to market above named property with my expectations greatly reduced by having previously had 2 other (allegedly top) estate agents unable to progress sale on my behalf. I had initial reservations due to not being fully familiar with Cecchini Property and their modus operandi I am now in a position to unequivocally state Mr Milne was in a different league to others and not only negotiated a successful sale for me and in the process obtained above expected sale price.

To say I am happy with all aspects of sale would be something of an understatement as my expectations were exceeded in every department.
