I would agree with many who say that selling your house is one of the most stressful thing you will ever do.However after meeting Sandrina who was recommended to me I knew I was in very good hands.She put me at ease from the very beginning of the marketing process with her helpful and professional approach to answering all my questions relieving me of a lot of stress.Also not having to do the viewings and no closing dates took a lot of the pressure away.Sandrina’s approach led to my house selling in just a few days which was amazing.

Most reviews will be about Sandrina selling properties so I thought I would leave one in relation to buying one of Sandrina’s properties.

The service from start to finish was first class. From showing my partner and I around the house we were made to feel comfortable and welcome (even given COVID restrictions), to regular phone calls or texts to update us and to making sure we settled in once we made the move. Sandrina brings professionalism and a personal touch to making a very stressful time a lot easier.

I won’t go on about the issues I had with the sales agent I used to sell my property, however from the day we accepted an offer on our house until now I have had zero contact! The service I received from Sandrina compared to the service I received from my sales agent was night and day!

There was a few nervy times given lack of contact with solicitors however Sandrina kept on top of this and made me aware when I needed to chase it up my end.

Also a very personal touch when Sandrina had flowers delivered to us after making the move which definitely went above and beyond.

I can’t recommend Sandrina highly enough and thank you again for everything you done for us in making our move to our new family home.

Sandrina really helped take the stress out of selling & moving home.

Our property was empty as we had already moved out & she was able to digitally stage the photos to show potential buyers how it could look.

She conducted all the viewings & was great at keeping in touch to keep us up to date about how all aspects of the sale were progressing. She also doesn’t just work 9am-5pm & if the property requires ‘out of hours’ she is always contactable.

What we loved most was that when it came to agreeing a price for the property she doesn’t work using a standard closing date method, you don’t just pick a number & put it in blind against other bidders, she has a conversation with the interested parties & gives everyone a fair shot at being the successful purchaser. We wish all property sales were handled like that.

The time had come to sell my mum’s flat and I really wanted to get the best price for my mum and the process needed to be stress/hassle free. I didn’t think that any of that would be achievable until we met Sandrina. From start to finish every detail, no matter how big or small was handled efficiently. I didn’t think it was possible to sell property and get the money in my mums bank account that quick! More importantly, to me as a daughter living over 100 miles away from my mum it was 100% stress/hassle free for us both. When you are choosing an estate agent, choose carefully. Check out those who have properties for sale. Do they get back to you quickly? At all? Because if they aren’t actively promoting THAT property, they aren’t going to do it for yours.
We had 4 agents booked in. One didn’t return our calls. One didn’t follow up the initial appointment. Of the other two, who offered significantly different services, we chose the more expensive one because:
we wanted quality for us and our potential buyers
someone to advise on getting the house market ready
we wanted great marketing
we wanted someone to take as much stress away as possible
we wanted professionalism and speed
we wanted updated
we wanted the best price we could get from someone we trusted
