After eight months with a well-known Edinburgh agency, I was in the kitchen of my two-bedroom flat in central Edinburgh. There was yet another flyer from Cecchini Property agent, James Milne. I phoned the number and by the weekend had met him and was impressed. He is an agent who gets things done.  I had met no one from the other agency as their office was closed and all worked from home.  James told me about his strategy for my flat, we put it back on the market. He was forensic in the choice of clients and within five weeks it was sold at an excellent price with exchange happening three weeks later.

Commission was charged on the amount raised over the home report valuation.  This was worth every penny as with the previous agency I had accepted four offers that were under the home report. All fell through. The expenses of the previous year with the other agency were wiped out by the selling price that James achieved.

Throughout the sale he kept us informed and updated and always responded if I wanted contact. 

James is exactly who you need to sell your property.  A born communicator, he will use all his skills and knowledge to affect a good and fast sale.

Sandrina and her team were recommended to us by a family friend. From the moment we met with Sandrina we were impressed. Most reviews will be about Sandrina selling properties so I thought I would leave one in relation to buying one of Sandrina’s properties.

The service from start to finish was first class. From showing my partner and I around the house we were made to feel comfortable and welcome (even given COVID restrictions), to regular phone calls or texts to update us and to making sure we settled in once we made the move. Sandrina brings professionalism and a personal touch to making a very stressful time a lot easier.

I won’t go on about the issues I had with the sales agent I used to sell my property, however from the day we accepted an offer on our house until now I have had zero contact! The service I received from Sandrina compared to the service I received from my sales agent was night and day!

There was a few nervy times given lack of contact with solicitors however Sandrina kept on top of this and made me aware when I needed to chase it up my end.

Also a very personal touch when Sandrina had flowers delivered to us after making the move which definitely went above and beyond.

I can’t recommend Sandrina highly enough and thank you again for everything you done for us in making our move to our new family home.

Having bought and sold a number of properties through traditional estate agents over the years , and previously purchasing a home through Sandrina, there was no doubt in our minds that we were going to use her to sell our home. Her approach to selling properties is completely different to normal estate agents from start to finish. The process that she uses is more like using a realtor in America. And also not using a closing date makes it a lot less stressful knowing that it isn’t going to be a long drawn out process. Sandrina’s professionalism and instincts guided us through to an amazing outcome having greatly exceeding our expectations. She keeps her client’s best interests a priority and in focus at all times.. We were stunned when we received two offers on our house before it being officially listed on social media as Sandrina normally has a list of potential buyers and details of the types of properties and the areas that they are looking to purchase in. From listing our home to accepting one of the additional three offers took less than a week. We Built an immediate trust in Sandrina and we are in no doubt that she is the only realtor that we will use in the future instead of using a traditional estate agent.
