What can I say about Sandrina! She is amazing from start to finish! Made the process so easy nothing was ever a bother she was on call any time of the day to answer any questions you had. I had my house on the market with another estate agent for 6 weeks with not one enquiry. With Sandrina once she had it on the market she had me four viewings and my house under offer in a week! Myself and my daughters decided it was time for a new chapter in our lives and part of this change was to sell our family home in order to move on with our lives.

Having used estate agents in the past I thought I know how it was going to work. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! I met Sandrina and and immediately knew she would be the one I would trust to help me on this new adventure.

First showing led to an offer being accepted the following day. 6 weeks from the day my house went on the market to moving into the new property. Very professional and honest service. Really happy with the service we received from Cecchini Property! I loved that we had a WhatsApp group with Sandrina, Cheryl and my husband and I so we all knew what was going on and any questions we had were responded to very quickly.
