What can I say about Sandrina! She is amazing from start to finish! Made the process so easy nothing was ever a bother she was on call any time of the day to answer any questions you had. I had my house on the market with another estate agent for 6 weeks with not one enquiry. With Sandrina once she had it on the market she had me four viewings and my house under offer in a week! I can not recommend her enough it’s a big 5 stars from me!

James acted for us in the purchase of a house and the sale of our existing flat. We first met him at the viewing for our new house, where he did a great job of explaining what he thought we’d need to do in order to secure the property in the current hectic market. We felt that he negotiated well, communicated clearly, and we were able to quickly agree an offer between ourselves and his clients before the property went to closing date.
He was excellent in the sale of our flat, clearly explaining his strategy for the sale, helped arrange the flat to photograph well for the sales materials, and achieved a strong valuation. He efficiently vetted potential viewers to ensure only serious potential buyers viewed the property and achieved a sale above valuation within one week.
His communication remained great throughout, including helping us set our expectations for the timescales of the different stages of the process, and helped everyone in the chain keep calm when banks wanted additional surveys.
We’d absolutely recommend James as an estate agent for your property; he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and very proactive.

James took over the selling of my property after months of little activity by an appointed major estate agent in Edinburgh. He was honest, on the case, easy to deal with and kept me fully updated.
