We had had our apartment on the market with a “no thrills budget” renowned estate agent for 100 days.  The property agent and company delivered a sub-standard non-existent service which subsequently resulted in a stale listing.  We contacted Cecchini Property to switch to them. Two weeks and four days on from initial marketing, my house is sold! Never, did I imagine, I would get over home report price, but I did!
