We have just recently sold our property in Edinburgh and are very pleased that James Milne had been recommended to us. We live in Northern Ireland and having someone you feel you have full confidence in and someone you can trust means a lot and we certainly received both and much more from James. Right from the offset James was fully committed and very proactive in his approach to getting the property ready and on the market. Within a week James was showing potential buyers around and handled all queries at his end and at the same time kept us fully informed as to how everything was going. In a very short space of time James informed us that he had secured a very strong offer and within a few days our property was sold! James Milne was recommended to me by a neighbour, whose flat he had sold at beyond expected price. From the moment I called James, he was incredibly communicative, dedicated and attentive to my individual needs and requirements. James’ communication skills are above and beyond.
He kept in regular contact and kept me up to date with all aspects of the sale. James showed my property on my behalf. James was happy to talk over even the minutiae of the buying/selling procedure, keeping me right at every turn. This is why I’d assert that he actually surpasses his expected remit with clients.
I am inexperienced in buying and selling and James guided me with aspects which would technically be out with his exact agreement with me – and for this, I will always be incredibly grateful. I felt properly supported from start to finish.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James to anyone who was looking to either buy or sell. I have already done so, with a few friends! James’ services are a cut above – his services truly are a positive investment.

I totally recommend Cecchini Property to anyone thinking of selling property. Sandrina sold my house within 10 days for a very good price. Her advice, taste and attention to detail is first class. Produced stunning photographs. She organised and took over the viewings. I just had to sit back and leave it to her. This may appear an odd review as Cecchini Estate Agents did not sell our house – in fact, we bought our house which was sold to us by Cecchini! I cannot rate Sandrina and Cheryl highly enough as they maintained contact with us, the purchasers MORE than our own estate agent!! Cecchini initiated the calls whereas I had to initiate all calls to my agent. Cecchini were professional throughout, and dispelled any feared. We’re delighted with our new home and although we don’t intend to be moving, I would highly recommend Cecchini to anyone who is considering either selling or buying! Thanks Sandrina and Team 😁
