Most reviews will be about Sandrina selling properties so I thought I would leave one in relation to buying one of Sandrina’s properties.

The service from start to finish was first class. From showing my partner and I around the house we were made to feel comfortable and welcome (even given COVID restrictions), to regular phone calls or texts to update us and to making sure we settled in once we made the move. Sandrina brings professionalism and a personal touch to making a very stressful time a lot easier.

I won’t go on about the issues I had with the sales agent I used to sell my property, however from the day we accepted an offer on our house until now I have had zero contact! The service I received from Sandrina compared to the service I received from my sales agent was night and day!

There was a few nervy times given lack of contact with solicitors however Sandrina kept on top of this and made me aware when I needed to chase it up my end.

Also a very personal touch when Sandrina had flowers delivered to us after making the move which definitely went above and beyond.

I can’t recommend Sandrina highly enough and thank you again for everything you done for us in making our move to our new family home.

When you are choosing an estate agent, choose carefully. Check out those who have properties for sale. Do they get back to you quickly? At all? Because if they aren’t actively promoting THAT property, they aren’t going to do it for yours.
We had 4 agents booked in. One didn’t return our calls. One didn’t follow up the initial appointment. Of the other two, who offered significantly different services, we chose the more expensive one because:
we wanted quality for us and our potential buyers
someone to advise on getting the house market ready
we wanted great marketing
we wanted someone to take as much stress away as possible
we wanted professionalism and speed
we wanted updated
we wanted the best price we could get from someone we trusted

Delighted to have worked with Sandrina! Some of her methods were a little out there and different that what I’ve dealt with in the past. BUT I can not stress fast my flat went on sale and sold.
