We would 100% highly recommend Cecchini Property! After meeting with Sandrina she talked us through the process we knew straight away it was the right decision.
Michael did all the house viewings for us which was a great bonus! Sandrina & Cheryl’s communication throughout the whole process was fantastic nothing was ever a problem always at the end of the phone for any questions we had.
We were kept up to date at all times which made the process much easier than I ever thought it would be.

James acted for us in the purchase of a house and the sale of our existing flat. We first met him at the viewing for our new house, where he did a great job of explaining what he thought we’d need to do in order to secure the property in the current hectic market. We felt that he negotiated well, communicated clearly, and we were able to quickly agree an offer between ourselves and his clients before the property went to closing date.
He was excellent in the sale of our flat, clearly explaining his strategy for the sale, helped arrange the flat to photograph well for the sales materials, and achieved a strong valuation. He efficiently vetted potential viewers to ensure only serious potential buyers viewed the property and achieved a sale above valuation within one week.
His communication remained great throughout, including helping us set our expectations for the timescales of the different stages of the process, and helped everyone in the chain keep calm when banks wanted additional surveys.
We’d absolutely recommend James as an estate agent for your property; he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and very proactive.

Really happy with the service we received from Cecchini Property! I loved that we had a WhatsApp group with Sandrina, Cheryl and my husband and I so we all knew what was going on and any questions we had were responded to very quickly. It was also great to leave the viewings to Sandrina who done a great job at promoting our house and as a result getting a price that we were extremely happy with. I’d recommend Cecchini Property to anyone looking to sell their house.

What can I say about Sandrina! She is amazing from start to finish! Made the process so easy nothing was ever a bother she was on call any time of the day to answer any questions you had. I had my house on the market with another estate agent for 6 weeks with not one enquiry. With Sandrina once she had it on the market she had me four viewings and my house under offer in a week! I can not recommend her enough it’s a big 5 stars from me!

James and his team managed to sell TWO properties for us recently. We decided to not go for the local estate agents since they sounded very uninspired (“hey we’ve sold this house twice before”) and were talking us down (“we wouldn’t market it at more than £240k and you’ll be lucky to reach £250k”). Well James decided to market immediately at £250k and the offer we accepted was £272k (highest offer was actually a bit more), and that house was off the market in less than a week. I think James and Cecchini Property shine because James is truly excited about selling and very particular about doing viewings himself, and following up with the viewers, not ending the sales process if he has a chance. The Cecchini Property brochure is also making the best of your property, with a nice layout and great pictures. I will definitely pick up the phone to James again if we end up selling anything again.

The time had come to sell my mum’s flat and I really wanted to get the best price for my mum and the process needed to be stress/hassle free. I didn’t think that any of that would be achievable until we met Sandrina. From start to finish every detail, no matter how big or small was handled efficiently. I didn’t think it was possible to sell property and get the money in my mums bank account that quick! More importantly, to me as a daughter living over 100 miles away from my mum it was 100% stress/hassle free for us both. My advice to anyone that’s lucky enough to have Sandrina sell your property is.. if Sandrina recommends it – do it, If she doesn’t – don’t!
You’ll never know how grateful I am Sandrina, for putting my mum at ease and taking the heavy weight of the sale off my shoulders.
