We have just recently sold our property in Edinburgh and are very pleased that James Milne had been recommended to us. We live in Northern Ireland and having someone you feel you have full confidence in and someone you can trust means a lot and we certainly received both and much more from James. Right from the offset James was fully committed and very proactive in his approach to getting the property ready and on the market. Within a week James was showing potential buyers around and handled all queries at his end and at the same time kept us fully informed as to how everything was going. In a very short space of time James informed us that he had secured a very strong offer and within a few days our property was sold! When Sandrina showed me my current house I was so impressed that I decided to sell with her to. James took over the selling of my property after months of little activity by an appointed major estate agent in Edinburgh. He was honest, on the case, easy to deal with and kept me fully updated. The property sold within the time frame he promised. I would suggest others who are stuck in a cycle of no-show viewings and having to chase their agent for action and updates, give James a chance.

Sandrina really helped take the stress out of selling & moving home.
Our property was empty as we had already moved out & she was able to digitally stage the photos to show potential buyers how it could look.
She conducted all the viewings & was great at keeping in touch to keep us up to date about how all aspects of the sale were progressing. She also doesn’t just work 9am-5pm & if the property requires ‘out of hours’ she is always contactable.
What we loved most was that when it came to agreeing a price for the property she doesn’t work using a standard closing date method, you don’t just pick a number & put it in blind against other bidders, she has a conversation with the interested parties & gives everyone a fair shot at being the successful purchaser. We wish all property sales were handled like that.
Highly recommend Sandrina for buying or selling a property, we would be delighted to work with her again!
