James Milne was recommended to me by a neighbour, whose flat he had sold at beyond expected price.  From the moment I called James, he was incredibly communicative, dedicated and attentive to my individual needs and requirements. James’ communication skills are above and beyond.

I recently engaged Mr James Milne to market above named property with my expectations greatly reduced by having previously had 2 other (allegedly top) estate agents unable to progress sale on my behalf. Delighted to have worked with Sandrina! Some of her methods were a little out there and different that what I’ve dealt with in the past. BUT I can not stress fast my flat went on sale and sold. I was kept updated all the way and Sandrina’s track record speaks for itself but seeing is believing, truly amazing negotiator. Really happy with the service we received from Cecchini Property!
