Myself and my daughters decided it was time for a new chapter in our lives and part of this change was to sell our family home in order to move on with our lives.
Having used estate agents in the past I thought I know how it was going to work. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! I met Sandrina and and immediately knew she would be the one I would trust to help me on this new adventure.
We made an appointment for her to pop over and see the house, she sat and listened to our hopes and dreams and assured us all she would be able to get us there. Sandrina gave us pointers to help market the house. A week later the house was on the market and within days we had offers on the table. During the process Sandrina, did all the viewing on our behalf and kept me up to speed with the whole process and made the whole experience as stress free as possible.

We would 100% highly recommend Cecchini Property! After meeting with Sandrina she talked us through the process we knew straight away it was the right decision.
Michael did all the house viewings for us which was a great bonus! Sandrina & Cheryl’s communication throughout the whole process was fantastic nothing was ever a problem always at the end of the phone for any questions we had.

We have just recently sold our property in Edinburgh and are very pleased that James Milne had been recommended to us. We live in Northern Ireland and having someone you feel you have full confidence in and someone you can trust means a lot and we certainly received both and much more from James. Right from the offset James was fully committed and very proactive in his approach to getting the property ready and on the market. I recently engaged Mr James Milne to market above named property with my expectations greatly reduced by having previously had 2 other (allegedly top) estate agents unable to progress sale on my behalf. I had initial reservations due to not being fully familiar with Cecchini Property and their modus operandi I am now in a position to unequivocally state Mr Milne was in a different league to others and not only negotiated a successful sale for me and in the process obtained above expected sale price.
To say I am happy with all aspects of sale would be something of an understatement as my expectations were exceeded in every department.
