Sandrina Cecchini was recommended to me when selling my property and I am so glad that she was. Right from my first meeting with Sandrina I knew I was in good hands. I have never known such a stress free process when moving house. From the first day of marketing to sold took only 6 days!! Sandrina kept in touch with me throughout. I loved the fact that I did not have to do the viewings and also that she does not believe in closing dates. Unfortunately I did not meet the lovely Michael but thank you to him for doing viewings. This may appear an odd review as Cecchini Estate Agents did not sell our house – in fact, we bought our house which was sold to us by Cecchini! I cannot rate Sandrina and Cheryl highly enough as they maintained contact with us, the purchasers MORE than our own estate agent!! Cecchini initiated the calls whereas I had to initiate all calls to my agent. Cecchini were professional throughout, and dispelled any feared. We’re delighted with our new home and although we don’t intend to be moving, I would highly recommend Cecchini to anyone who is considering either selling or buying! Thanks Sandrina and Team 😁

James acted for us in the purchase of a house and the sale of our existing flat. We first met him at the viewing for our new house, where he did a great job of explaining what he thought we’d need to do in order to secure the property in the current hectic market. We felt that he negotiated well, communicated clearly, and we were able to quickly agree an offer between ourselves and his clients before the property went to closing date.
He was excellent in the sale of our flat, clearly explaining his strategy for the sale, helped arrange the flat to photograph well for the sales materials, and achieved a strong valuation. He efficiently vetted potential viewers to ensure only serious potential buyers viewed the property and achieved a sale above valuation within one week.
His communication remained great throughout, including helping us set our expectations for the timescales of the different stages of the process, and helped everyone in the chain keep calm when banks wanted additional surveys.
We’d absolutely recommend James as an estate agent for your property; he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and very proactive.

We would 100% highly recommend Cecchini Property! After meeting with Sandrina she talked us through the process we knew straight away it was the right decision.
Michael did all the house viewings for us which was a great bonus! Sandrina & Cheryl’s communication throughout the whole process was fantastic nothing was ever a problem always at the end of the phone for any questions we had.
We were kept up to date at all times which made the process much easier than I ever thought it would be.

Really happy with the service we received from Cecchini Property! I loved that we had a WhatsApp group with Sandrina, Cheryl and my husband and I so we all knew what was going on and any questions we had were responded to very quickly. It was also great to leave the viewings to Sandrina who done a great job at promoting our house and as a result getting a price that we were extremely happy with.
