Really happy with the service we received from Cecchini Property! I loved that we had a WhatsApp group with Sandrina, Cheryl and my husband and I so we all knew what was going on and any questions we had were responded to very quickly. It was also great to leave the viewings to Sandrina who done a great job at promoting our house and as a result getting a price that we were extremely happy with. James Milne was recommended to me by a neighbour, whose flat he had sold at beyond expected price. From the moment I called James, he was incredibly communicative, dedicated and attentive to my individual needs and requirements. James’ communication skills are above and beyond.
He kept in regular contact and kept me up to date with all aspects of the sale. James showed my property on my behalf. James was happy to talk over even the minutiae of the buying/selling procedure, keeping me right at every turn. This is why I’d assert that he actually surpasses his expected remit with clients.
I am inexperienced in buying and selling and James guided me with aspects which would technically be out with his exact agreement with me – and for this, I will always be incredibly grateful. I felt properly supported from start to finish.

Sandrina sold my house in only a few weeks which went to a closing date . She carried out all the viewings herself and gave me great advise on how to present the property to achieve the best price of which I was delighted.
I was also living near London at the time and she put me in touch with a very proficient solicitor and surveyor to ease the process.

I reached out to James Milne when my property sale fell through the day before completion. James listened to my concerns about my account handling. It was refreshing to be heard and have my concerns validated. The issues I raised included:
Incorrect marketing resulting in dozens of buyers who could not afford the property being given viewings wasting hours of my time
Several no shows due to no fact-finding taking place prior to appointment scheduling
Unsustainable offers being made when buyers did not have funds or a solicitor in place
Being pushed to a closing date with flimsy offers on the table
Not communicating with interested parties
My confidence in Estate Agents was at an all-time low when I got in touch with James, but his straight talking and in-depth knowledge of the market restored my confidence.
James was a pleasure to work with, fast, reliable and trustworthy. He took the pain out of the situation and restored my faith that there are great estate agents out there (if you know where to look). The property was sold within 2 weeks of going back to market and I didn’t have to see a single buyer, bliss! Two weeks and four days on from initial marketing, my house is sold! Never, did I imagine, I would get over home report price, but I did! Great advice, guidance and communication from Sandrina on first meeting, as well as throughout the process. Professional and engaging with a wealth of knowledge of the locality, meant she could answer all questions viewers needed to know. Viewings were conducted by Sandrina too, giving feedback immediately. Having bought and sold fifteen homes in adulthood this was the most stress free. Now looking for a new home to love.
