Delighted to have worked with Sandrina! Some of her methods were a little out there and different that what I’ve dealt with in the past. BUT I can not stress fast my flat went on sale and sold. When Sandrina showed me my current house I was so impressed that I decided to sell with her to. First showing led to an offer being accepted the following day. 6 weeks from the day my house went on the market to moving into the new property. Very professional and honest service. Will not hesitate to use in the future and have recommended to others.

This may appear an odd review as Cecchini Estate Agents did not sell our house – in fact, we bought our house which was sold to us by Cecchini! I cannot rate Sandrina and Cheryl highly enough as they maintained contact with us, the purchasers MORE than our own estate agent!! Cecchini initiated the calls whereas I had to initiate all calls to my agent. Cecchini were professional throughout, and dispelled any feared.
