Our Story

In 2020, 3 weeks before lockdown, Cecchini Property was born.

People felt sorry for me, but I looked at it positively. This allowed me to put into place what I really wanted our clients to experience.

I had no idea what this new venture would lead to and how it would change our lives and the lives of others.

We went from strength to strength.

We now have a team of likeminded people who do what we do, because we love helping people, love property and the various locations we operate within.

We are communicators, change makers and we push boundaries. We are passionate, honest, caring, and supportive. We are confidants and shoulders to lean on throughout the often-stressful journey of moving home. We understand how to sell property and are the key in the door to your new future.

The Estate Agency industry has such a bad reputation and we all have vowed to never to be like a typical Estate Agent. We know that our clients deserve so much more.

Every client matters to us, they are not a number that sadly has become the norm, with estate agency in the UK. We only take on a handful of properties at the one time, so we can give that personal service. We give our clients a service that they deserved. After all, often they are selling their biggest lifetime asset, not a pair of second-hand shoes. This certainly doesn’t mean we are not competitively priced either!

Our marketing is also extraordinary, and we always put our clients first. We also understand that one size doesn’t fit all.

1. To communicate properly. No viewing arrangements ever conducted by email. The majority of our communication is face to face or by phone.

Meet the Team

Sandrina Cecchini

Founder, and Managing Director of Cecchini Property

I am mum to three daughters, Joanne, Suzie & Holly, who are grown up and running their own successful businesses, a nana to my beautiful granddaughters Zara and Lily, wife to Michael Allen and stepmum to his son, Reece.

My happy place is round the dining table, eating good food (and drinking wine, because I’m half Italian) with family and friends. I love to cook, help, and inspire others.

I have had various life experiences and been in property since 2001, wearing many different ‘hats’.

I am a published Interior Designer, Property Investor and have worked in estate agency and property auction, selling property all over Scotland, since 2014. I also founded Changing Women in 2013, inspiring and educating women to grow and create the life that they desire.

Over the years I have helped hundreds of people change their lives, through property and inspiring them. I’ve been known to be called a ‘magician’.
It’s a known fact that selling a home is one of the most stressful things that you will do in your life. I therefore use all my experiences to help my clients have the best possible property experience.

I am a busy working mum to my two children Cara and Jamie and, living in Ayrshire all my life, I have a wealth of knowledge of the area.

Having gained a degree in business with French, I have worked in international buying and procurement for over 25 years. Successfully running a family golf business for the last 15 years, my passion to give all clients a first class customer service experience has been my number one priority.

I have a great enthusiasm for all aspects of property and interior design and I love to hear our clients’ stories and find out where they wish to move to next. I am here to help both buyers and sellers do what is needed to achieve their property goals and give them a helping hand to get there.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and can often be found walking our two dogs Cali and Remi on the beaches of Troon and Irvine.

Viewing Agent

Born and raised in Aberdeen, I moved to Ayrshire several years ago.

I’m father to my son Reece, married to Sandrina, AKA the Boss, and stepdad to her girls.

I’ve had various life experiences, enjoy travelling, but always love returning to Scotland.

As well as being a Viewing Agent for Cecchini Property, I’m also the Brand Ambassador for Italian Aroma Coffee and have been in the hospitality industry for the last 12 years.

My happy place is meeting new people, listening to their stories, and helping them achieve their dreams. Not forgetting, spending time with our puppy Alfie, Prince of Prestwick, eating good food and frequenting my clients’ restaurants and coffee shops.
