This may appear an odd review as Cecchini Estate Agents did not sell our house – in fact, we bought our house which was sold to us by Cecchini! I cannot rate Sandrina and Cheryl highly enough as they maintained contact with us, the purchasers MORE than our own estate agent!! Cecchini initiated the calls whereas I had to initiate all calls to my agent. Cecchini were professional throughout, and dispelled any feared. Most reviews will be about Sandrina selling properties so I thought I would leave one in relation to buying one of Sandrina’s properties.
The service from start to finish was first class. From showing my partner and I around the house we were made to feel comfortable and welcome (even given COVID restrictions), to regular phone calls or texts to update us and to making sure we settled in once we made the move. Sandrina brings professionalism and a personal touch to making a very stressful time a lot easier.
I won’t go on about the issues I had with the sales agent I used to sell my property, however from the day we accepted an offer on our house until now I have had zero contact! The service I received from Sandrina compared to the service I received from my sales agent was night and day!
There was a few nervy times given lack of contact with solicitors however Sandrina kept on top of this and made me aware when I needed to chase it up my end.
Also a very personal touch when Sandrina had flowers delivered to us after making the move which definitely went above and beyond.
I can’t recommend Sandrina highly enough and thank you again for everything you done for us in making our move to our new family home.
