We’ve started 2023 with a bang!
Perhaps it’s the much-needed break in December, but we are back and raring to go!
We’ve successfully sold two properties, one of which was sold off-market and five settlements.
And we’ve already got another two coming to market very soon!
You may remember last year, we announced that we would be supporting with commercial property lettings. Well, this specialist area has certainly taken off! And with my personal background in office design, I’m so excited to see this division of the business grow.
2023 Predictions! 🧡
My prediction for 2023 is that virtual staging and CGIs are going to be utilised much more.
We’ve witnessed first-hand the beneficial impact it can have when selling a property, particularly those that haven’t yet fulfilled their potential.
As the industry continues to be incredibly turbulent and competitive, this is where our properties are standing out from other agents’ listings.
