I Won’t Apologise For This!

You never achieve success unless you like what you are doing.

Dale Carnegie

In the past few years, the role of an estate agent has certainly become tougher as chains become longer and more temperamental than ever before.

We have always vowed to manage the sales progression aspect of the sale, despite many estate agents in Scotland not taking these additional tasks on. But we said we would be by our client’s side, and we meant it.

As the process becomes more difficult to navigate and at risk of falling through at various points, the public need to choose an estate agent that will be experienced, persistent and honest.

We keep in close contact, are available evenings and weekends, and we’ve got the industry experience to advise our clients on a multitude of queries that might (and very often do) arise.

We don’t sit and wait for the parties involved to do what they’re supposed to do. We keep in contact with everyone and consistently keep everything moving as it should. We are probably a pain for some because we’re always chasing and pushing on behalf of our clients. But I won’t apologise for how we work because we’re always acting in our client’s best interests. Night and day. Weekends too.

This month, our hard work has paid off, as we have completed on no less than SIX properties. I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved in the past few weeks, especially at this time of year when everyone is very aware that Christmas is just around the corner!

And I’m confident that by learning to operate in difficult market conditions, we’re not just an agent of choice in our area right now, but we’ll also be extremely well-equipped when the market returns to a sense of normalcy in the future.

We don’t behave in the same way as a traditional estate agent.

We don’t manage the process like your average high street agent would.

And we don’t accept low standards of service for our clients.

We push for the best outcomes in the best timeframes at all times.

    We are, unapologetically, industry disruptors.
