Communication is fundamental to what we do. Unlike other traditional estate agencies, we are available for our clients (sellers and buyers) 7 days a week. We have experienced that call on a Saturday allowing us to sell our property over a competing one, by simply being available during the weekend to discuss it. We always capture our opportunities.

Most reviews will be about Sandrina selling properties so I thought I would leave one in relation to buying one of Sandrina’s properties.
The service from start to finish was first class. From showing my partner and I around the house we were made to feel comfortable and welcome (even given COVID restrictions), to regular phone calls or texts to update us and to making sure we settled in once we made the move. Sandrina brings professionalism and a personal touch to making a very stressful time a lot easier.
I won’t go on about the issues I had with the sales agent I used to sell my property, however from the day we accepted an offer on our house until now I have had zero contact! The service I received from Sandrina compared to the service I received from my sales agent was night and day!
There was a few nervy times given lack of contact with solicitors however Sandrina kept on top of this and made me aware when I needed to chase it up my end.
Also a very personal touch when Sandrina had flowers delivered to us after making the move which definitely went above and beyond.
