James is all you can want from an Estate Agent, easy to contact (even at weekends/evenings), professional, down to earth, responsive, sets realistic expectations and works tirelessly to get you the result you want. Once our property had sold, we got to see how other estate agents operate and we had agents fail to turn up for viewings, take 48 hours to respond to viewing requests or just not respond whatsoever.
