We have exciting news to share! π§‘
Prestwick girl, Jen MacDonald is joining our team. As many of Jen’s friends and family will know she LOVES all things to do with property and has been investing in her portfolio over the last few years. Our paths crossed when she and her husband Craig wanted to sell their house in Troon and threw me the gauntlet! We hit it off straight away and Jen’s instincts and passion about property were an unmistakable match for my own. I remember Jen telling me that her dream was to work in property full time – isn’t it wonderful how the Universe works? Looking forward to new adventures and sharing that passion with Jen on the team. Here’s a word of welcome from Jen herself.
Nothing compares to family π§‘
There’s always hot debate in property circles about just what it is that makes a house a home? That special something that makes a house, well, special. How can you take a property from a shell and breathe life into it that speaks to those around you (including potential buyers π)?
For me the answer is simple. Family.
There is nothing in this world that compares to sharing time at home with my daughters, and grandchildren. In fact, this Sunday we were a family of four generations with my Mum getting in on the action too.
It was just another ordinary Sunday, but what a day to remember.
What’s your favourite family memory?
February fizz! π§‘
February for me is when business really starts to take off.
Although as sellers are being a bit slower this year to take action, working on my business has been more crucial than normal.
However what has been busy is social media. In the last 90 days 47.4K people reacted, commented and shared our Facebook posts alone!!
That is an incredible amount of people, worthy of cracking open a bottle of fizz to celebrate. π₯

To prepare for Spring I’ve been doing a little bit of pre-season organisation and that means re-visiting any mistakes from last year, and ensuring I apply all of those learning opportunities.
